Leadership

At Google, Lillian is a G2G (Googler-to-Googler) Coach, guiding colleagues across the company to achieve their professional and personal career goals (5/5 average ratings). Within her department, Lillian spearheaded and has been the host of the Google Workspace Editors’ AI Roundtable Series for 2 years. She also consistently participates in Workspace sponsorship, mentorship, sprints, and is a frequent Workspace-wide lighting speaker.

Outside of Google, she has also been a juror for The Webbys, The FWA, and an American Association of Advertising Agencies’ MAIP alum and mentor.
